Sales Compensation Compensation is the primary motivator to align the goals of our account managers with your goals as a customer. We have created a compensation plan for the print management account managers where the primary compensation element is based on the number of prints that you produce on a monthly basis. Traditional copier sales reps are paid on equipment margin incenting them to sell the biggest most expensive printer and traditional printer management reps are compensation is based on number of prints under contract incenting reps to include as many prints in a contract as they can. This results in you paying for prints that you don’t use. Managed print reps are paid on what you print not on how much equipment you buy or how many prints that you have in your contract.
