Greg Walter - President
Greg has worked in the office solutions industry for 19 years. Before starting Connex Systems, Inc in 1998 he worked for Xerox Corporation in the roles of sales rep, sales manager, product manager and solutions manager. He formed Connex Systems, Inc as a sales and consulting organization to help businesses develop and implement information technology solutions in the office. Connex Systems primarily focuses on products and services for managing documents in all stages of the document lifecycle, from creation to distribution.
In 2008 Greg created a managed print offering for Connex Systems to provide a printer fleet management option to meet our customers’ requirements to achieve cost and productivity savings while leveraging the investments customers have already made in their existing printer fleets.
Laura Kraatz - CFO
Laura has worked in the office solutions industry for 26 years on the operations side of the business. Before coming to Connex Systems, Inc. in 2003 she worked for Xerox Corporation in many roles associated with customer administration, sales support and compensation and as the crossfunctional lead between sales and administration. Laura joined Connex Systems, Inc as the Operations Manager and implemented customer focused processes to facilitate customer support through Xerox and developed the internal processes to support our own service organization beginning in 2003. In 2008 Laura assumed the role as CFO and has been instrumental developing the internal processes and controls to enable the creation of our managed print offering.
Chris Hook - Manager - Equipment Sales
Chris has worked in the document solutions sales industry for 6 years. He has a Masters degree from TWU in Denton and has been working for Connex Systems, Inc since 2002 in the roles of sales rep, product specialist and sales manager. Chris has developed a customer centric account management process and compensation plan to closely align the goals of our sales reps with the goals of their customers.
Felecia Bosquez - Manager - Managed Print
Felecia has worked in the managed print industry for 8 years. She has a BBA in Marketing form Baylor University in Waco and has been working for Connex Systems since 2003. In 2008 Felecia was the Lead in developing our managed print initiative.
Daniel Packer - Manager - Document Solutions
Daniel has been worked in the document solutions industry for 6 years. He has BS from East Texas Baptist University and has been working at Connex Systems since 2004. Daniel has specialized in understanding customer applications and environments to support our sales reps and customers.
Danny Nolan - Service Manager
Danny has worked in the managed print industry for 20 years. Before coming to Connex Systems, Inc. in 2003 he worked for Excel Office Products as service manager and at Xerox Corporation as a service rep and service team lead. In 2003 Danny established the Connex Systems, Inc. service organization. In 2008 Danny has managed the certification process with HP and acted as the lead in developing relationships with suppliers necessary to support the diverse mix of products at our managed print customer locations.
